Appetizers - Seafood Clams Casino

1 quart of shucked clams, including juice
1 small onion
1 green pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup cracker meal


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Grind the clams, onion and green pepper together. Add egg and cracker meal.Mix all together. Put back in cleaned clam shells. Top each with a 2-inch slice of bacon. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
