Appetizers - Sausage - Sausage-cheese Balls By Ingrid

1 lb. sausage (such as Bob Evans or Jimmy Dean)
3 cups bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Cheese Whiz


Brown sausage and drain. Add the next three ingredients and mix well. Form into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

2 pounds Jimmy Dean Sausage uncooked 1-1/2 cups all purpose baking/biscuit mix 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup chopped cooked celery 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Form into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Sausage cheese balls can be frozen uncooked. Thaw and cook according to directions. For firmer texture add 3 more cups of baking mix and an extra 2 cups of cheese to the ingredients listed above.

3 cups Bisquick® Original or 3 cups Bisquick® Reduced Fat baking mix 1 pound bulk pork sausage 4 cups Cheddar cheese (16 ounces) -- shredded 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes Heat oven to 350º. Lightly grease jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 × 10 1/2 × 1 inch. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
