Appetizers - Sausage Cheese And Sausage Balls

1 (10 oz.) package cheddar cheese
1 lb. hot sausage
3 cups Bisquick

Melt cheese in top of a double boiler. Add raw hot sausage and Bisquick to the cheese. Blend well. Shape into balls. Cook at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Refrigerate until thoroughly cooled. To make the wontons, brown sausage in skillet, breaking it up into small pieces; drain well. Allow to cool. Mix together sausage, cheese, chili paste, scallions, cilantro and salt and pepper.
