8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes


Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove stems. Reserve for other uses. Place rack in large broiler pan. Place mushroom caps, stem side up on rack. Cook sausage. Drain. Stir in cheese and pepper. Spoon into caps. Bake 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
