Appetizers - Dip Pizza Dip

1 (8 oz) package light cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese -- 4 oz
Tortilla Chips

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Beat the first 5 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended; spread in a lightly greased 9 inch pie plate. Spoon pizza sauce evenly over top; sprinkle with chopped pepperoni and top with chopped green onions

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake 10 more minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips

8 oz. block cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup pizza sauce minced pepperoni, onions, peppers (whatever, to taste) 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzerella Spread cream cheese in round pie plate and top with the rest of the ingredients, ending with the cheese. Bake 15-20 min at 350.

1 large ripe banana peeled and diced or 3/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple 1 medium nectarine pitted and chopped (2/3 cup) 1/2 of large green pepper chopped (1/2 cup) 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro or parsley 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 teaspoon brown sugar Toasted pita wedges from 3 small pita bread rounds Makes 6 servings For banana salsa, in medium bowl combine banana or pineapple, nectarine, green pepper, cilantro or parsley, lime juice and brown sugar. Toss lightly to mix. Serve with toasted pita wedges.
