Appetizers - Dip - Lobster Dip
3/4 lb Lobster meat (preferably tail)16 oz Cream cheese
1 c Mayonaise
Shaved almonds
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Soften cheese and blend with mayonaise. Add a handful of almonds plus pinches of garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cut up lobster meat and add to mixture. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour uncovered.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 3 tablespoons horseradish 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1 tablespoon coarsely ground mustard 2 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce 1 cup lump crabmeat Blend cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, parsley, mustard and Tabasco Sauce in medium bowl until well mixed. Stir in crabmeat. Serve with vegetables like, carrots celery, red or green peppers, blanched asparagus & endive.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 3 tablespoons horseradish 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1 tablespoon coarsely ground mustard 2 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce 1 cup lump crabmeat Blend cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, parsley, mustard and Tabasco Sauce in medium bowl until well mixed. Stir in crabmeat. Serve with vegetables like, carrots celery, red or green peppers, blanched asparagus & endive.

1 c. mayonnaise (can use light) 1 1/2 c. sour cream (can use light) 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained 1 sm. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped 3 scallions, chopped 1 pkg. Knorr Leek Soup mix Bread bowl, for serving Using food processor, blend all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. To serve, cut top off of bread bowl and scoop out insides. Place dip in bowl and serve with bread pieces and raw vegetables.
