1 can Campbells Fiesta Chili Soup with beef
1 can Campbells Fiesta Cheese Soup
1/2 Soup can milk
about a cup of shredded cheddar or cheese of your choice


Heat together and serve with chips. Can be kept warm in a crockpot.

10 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed,drained and squeezed dry2 6 oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 c. mayonnaise 12 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 T. lemon juice 1 c. parmesan cheese, grated Preheat oven to 375.Combine all ingedients, stirring well. Spoon into a lightly greased 11 x 7 baking dish.Sprinkle with 1 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs. Bake for 25 min. Serve with crackers.

Appetizers - Dip Feta Cheese Dip
2 Large sweet red peppers 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese 2 tsp Red wine vinegar Pinch Each granulated sugar and cayenne Pinch Place peppers on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, turning often, for 15 to 20 minutes or until charred. Let cool; peel and seed. In blender or food processor, puree together peppers, feta cheese, vinegar, sugar and cayenne. (Dip can be refrigerated in airtight container for up to 5 days; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.) Serve with pitas, flatbreads or crisp. Makes 1 cup (250 mL).
