Appetizers - Dip - Festive Spinach Dip

1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup finely diced red pepper
1/4 cup minced green onions
1 (16-ounce) package chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon or 2 teaspoons dried


Preheat oven to 325*F (160*C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of ingredients. Spoon mixture into a greased glass baking/serving dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes prior to serving.

Serve with a variety of your favorite crackers.

Makes approximately 5 cups.

1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1 1/2 cups sour cream 1 cup Hellmann's mayonaise 1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, finely chopped Squeeze spinach until dry. In medium bowl stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix and water chestnuts. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 3 cups

Mix together 8 oz. cream cheese softened 1 lb. crab meat picked for shells 1 tbs. finely chopped onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp. cooking sherry Old Bay seasoning to taste ( 1Tbsp +/-) Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with your favorite crackers.
