Appetizers - Dip - Deviled Cheese Dunk

1 (5 oz.) jar pimiento cheese spread
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tblsp. minced parsley
1 tblsp. minced onion
4 drops hot sauce


Combine all ingredients; beat with electric mixer five minutes. Chill. Serve with crackers, potato chips, or fresh vegetables.

Yield: About 1 1/3 cups

1 cup fat-free mayonnaisse 1 (8 oz) 0 non-fat sour cream 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion 2 tsp. dill weed 1 1/2tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. sugar Combine all ingredients well. Chill for 1 hour: serve with vegetables or crackers. yield: 2 cups

1/3 cup sugar 4 tsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup unsweetened Pineapple Juice 1/4 cup orange Juice 2 eggs, beaten 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened Combine dry ingredients in a saucepan. Blend in fruit juices. Cook, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly (about 5-8 minutes). Slowly stir some of this hot mixture into the eggs. Return to saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Cool 5 minutes. Soften cream cheese and beat into cooled mixture. Chill. Makes 2 cups.
