Appetizers - Dip - Cream Cheese Salsa Dip

8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup salsa
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro


Mix all until well blended. Refrigerate. Good with cup up vegetables and/or tortilla chips.

8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature 4 oz. dried beef, chopped fine 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped coarse 1/2 cup sour cream or cottage cheese 2 tbsp. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped 3 tbsp. milk 3/4 tsp. pepper Mix cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with crackers and vegetables.

1 stick butter 1 small bunch green onions, chopped 1/2 c. finely chopped parsley 2 tblsp. flour 1 pt. half & half 1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese 1 lb. white crabmeat Salt and white pepper to taste Several drops Tabasco, optional Melt butter and saute onions and parsley. Blend in flour and cream. Cook, stirring constantly until well blended. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Add other ingredients, blending well. Gently fold in crabmeat.
