Appetizers - Dip Crab Dip

1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg Knox gelatin
4 tbls. water
8 oz. cream cheese
approx. 1/2 cup chopped celery
approx. 1/2 cup chopped small onion
1 cup mayo
1 can Geisha crab


In a small saucepan, combine soup, gelatin, water and cheese, stirring until melted and well-blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

Pour into lightly greased mold (or use just a plain bowl). Let chill overnight, allowing the flavors to meld.

Fold in crab meat. Put in a 1 qt. Casserole dish. Place cracker crumbs on top and dot with REAL butter. Bake at 350 until hot and bubbling (20-25 minutes). Remove -don't overcook it will dry out. Serve with melba

1 (12-oz.) can corned beef 1 pt. sour cream 1 pt. mayonnaise 2 Tbl. parsley flakes 1 Tbl. minced onion 2 tsp. dill weed 2 tsp. Bon Appetit Crumble corned beef. Mix all ingredients together. Serve with sour dough or French bread cut up in chunks.
