Appetizers - Dip Chicken Fajita Dip
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup On The Border® gourmet salsa
2 cups colby/jack shredded cheese
Mix all ingredients, stir and place in microwave for 4 minutes. Remove and serve.

2 TBSP vegetable oil 1 large onion, minced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2-4 fresh jalapeno peppers, minced 4-6 fresh anaheim chili peppers, minced 2 cups diced, seeded tomatoes 1 can evaporated milk 6 cups shredded pepper Jack cheese In saucepan over medium heat, saute onion in vegetable oil until softened, but not browned. Add garlic, jalapeno, anaheim chilies and tomatoes and cook, stirring, about 2 minutes. Stir in evaporated milk and bring to boil. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Cover and let stand, stirring occasionaly, until melted, 8-10 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.

1 lb.ground beef, cooked crumbled and drained 1 (6 oz.) jar of salsa of your choice1 lb. VelveetaAfter cooking and draining hamburger add cheese and salsa, heat until melted. Serve with chips. Can also be kept in a crock pot.Note: Mild salsa not recommended, it tends to get "lost" with the addition of the meat and cheese.
