Appetizers - Dip - Broccoli Dip

2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 large onion
1 stick margarine
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
3 ribs celery, chopped


Saute chopped onion and celery in margarine. Add thawed and drained broccoli. Cook a few minutes, then mix in cheese until cheese melts. Add mushrooms and undiluted soup. Salt to taste. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

1 container (1 lb) of sour cream 1 (10 oz) package chopped frozen broccoli 1 (8 oz) package of shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 envelope of Knorr vegetable soup mix Mix all ingredients (except 1/2-1 c cheese) together in baking dish of your choice. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 until bubbling (about 30 minutes). Serve with crackers.

3 oz. blue cheese, 6 oz. cream cheese, a little milk (like 1/4 c.) a chopped up onion. 24 oz. of low or no fat cottage cheese. Put milk in blender and add the cheese, in chucks, and (not all at once) blend. Add onions and rest of cheese bit by bit and blend until smooth. Pour into refrigerator container and set for 24 hrs.
