Appetizers - Dip - Bleu Cheese Dip
8 oz. cream cheese3/4 cup Bleu cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Grate Bleu cheese into cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients; blend thoroughly.

3 oz. blue cheese, 6 oz. cream cheese, a little milk (like 1/4 c.) a chopped up onion. 24 oz. of low or no fat cottage cheese. Put milk in blender and add the cheese, in chucks, and (not all at once) blend. Add onions and rest of cheese bit by bit and blend until smooth. Pour into refrigerator container and set for 24 hrs.

Velvetta 5 jalapenos peppers, unseeded and chopped 2 (15.8 oz) cans black-eyed peas, drained Melt butter in large Dutch oven; add onion and garlic, and saute until tender. Add cheese, and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it melts. Stir in peppers and peas; cook, stirring often, until thoroughly heated.
