Appetizers - Crab 'n Stuff

8-oz. imitation or real crab meat
8-oz. cream cheese
Seafood or cocktail sauce

Combine cream cheese and crab. Shape in a ball. Pour seafood sauce over crab ball. Serve with wheat crackers.

1 6 oz. frozen Wakefield crab, thawed and drained 1 stick butter 1 jar Kraft Old English cheese Preheat oven to 425. Melt butter and cheese together in double boiler. Add crab, 3 TBLSP mayonnaise, and garlicsalt. Spread on quartered English muffins. These can be frozen at this point. Bake for 10 minutes. Makes about 30 appetizers.

Category: appetizers, seafood Compute for 4 Servings Ingredients: 2/3 cup white wine2 tbl. cognac2 tbl. lemon juice2 tbl. cooking oilsalt and pepper1/2 Lb scallop meat, fresh or frozen 125 grams flour 1 Lg egg Procedures: In a pot, mix together white wine, cognac, lemon juice, cooking oil, salt and pepper (according to taste). Bring to a boil, then set aside to cool. Marinate scallops in the liquid mixture for about 2 hours. Separate the egg yolk and egg white. In a bowl, mix together the flour, egg yolk, and about 3/4 of the liquid used to marinate the scallops.
