Appetizers - Crab Ball

1 can crab meat (6 oz)
1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
2 tsp chopped chives
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cp chopped pecans or walnuts

Drain crabmeat. Blend remaining ingredients; fold in crabmeat.

2 small eggs 1/4 cup mayo 1 teas. worcheshire sauce 1 teas. dry mustard Extra bread crumbs for rolling * Mix and form into balls * Roll balls in bread crumbs * Deep fry until brown Freezing - make into balls and don't cook. Freeze on cookie sheets, then bag them.

1 6 oz. frozen Wakefield crab, thawed and drained 1 stick butter 1 jar Kraft Old English cheese Preheat oven to 425. Melt butter and cheese together in double boiler. Add crab, 3 TBLSP mayonnaise, and garlicsalt. Spread on quartered English muffins. These can be frozen at this point. Bake for 10 minutes. Makes about 30 appetizers.
