Appetizers - Christinas Salmon Dip
1 can (about 14 ounces) salmon, do not drain1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons chopped green onion
8-12 drops liquid smoke (this is necessary)
Mix all of the ingredients together. Great with butter-flavored crackers.

Combine salmon with next six ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours. Combine walnuts and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into 8 x 2 inch log or pour into a fish mold. If forming log, roll in nut mixture and chill well.If using fish mold, chill before serving; unmold sprinkle nut mixture
