Appetizers - Cheese - World's Best Pimento Cheese
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese - softened1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic - minced
1/3 cup fresh parsley - chopped
3 cups (12oz) extra sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
1 cup slivered almonds - toasted and chopped
1 (4oz) jar diced pimento with juice
1 to 2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
cayenne to taste
Mix all ingredients well. Cover and chill at least 1 hr. Makes 3 cups.

Blend in half of flour (1 1/2 cups). Add remaining flour, seasonings, caraway and pecans. Blend thoroughly.Shape dough in 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.Serve hot or store in an airtight container. Do not cover until completely cool. These cheese balls store well for several weeks in sealed containers.They can also be frozen before cooking.Yields 30

1 (8-oz) round Brie 1/4 cup toasted and chopped walnuts 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese 2 T. chopped parsley 2 T. chopped chives Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut brie in half horizontally.
