Appetizers - Cheese - Cheese Filled Triangles

3/4 pound feta cheese, grated
2 - 10 oz packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1 box Fillo dough

Mix cheese and spinach.

Take 3 sheets of fillo, spray with buttered flavored pam, or melt butter and brush with butter. Cut fillo into 8 strips going lengthwises.

Put 1/2 tsps of spinach mixture in lower corner and then fold one corner up and so on,(like folding a flag).

Instructions on folding is on the fillo box.

Then spray or brush with butter. Place on cookie sheet and freeze.

When frozen place in zip lockbag. When ready to cook, Preheat oven to 350 F degrees and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. These are good warm or at room temp. This recipe is on the box of fillo and they are great!

1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup softened butter 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Salt to taste (sometimes the cheese is salty enough) 3/4 cup flour 2 cups Rice Krispies Mix the cheese, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Stir in the flour and cereal. Mix well, then roll the dough into a log 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Wrap the log in waxed paper and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Cut the log in 1/4-inch slices and place them on a lightly buttered baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

1/2 c butter, softened 8oz cream cheese, softened 1 c flour 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 c jalapeno jelly Cream butter and cheese until well blended. Mix in flour and cayenne. Refrigerate dough, covered, until firm enough to form balls-1 to 2 hours. Shape in 48 small balls and place one-inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. With your thumb press a deep indention in center of each ball. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place a small amount of jelly in center of each ball. Bake 12 minutes, until lightly browned on the edges. Serve warm or at room temperature.
